Tips for finding a missed connection? (Hamburg)

OK, I don't live in Hamburg but my question is about trying to find a Hamburger I met a few months ago. We hit it off quite a bit but I forgot to get her contact info. I know her age, what she studies (Social economy, in Hamburg) and her name was something like Rosine. I'm not trying to stalk anybody, just want to make contact. My questions for you are as follows:

1- Is the list of students of the program I mentioned above available anywhere online?

2-Are there any social network frequented by such students?

3-Any other female German names similar to "Rosine"? Facebook search of people named Rosine living in Hamburg returns only a few results.

I know this may sound pathetic but any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.
