Working holiday in Hamburg, Germany

Hello there, My name is Selina. I am thinking of going on working holiday in Germany of one year. But I've heard that it isn't easy to find a job in Germany. Is it true? How about in Hamburg this city?

I can teach Madarin Chinese. Are there any schools needed Mandarin teachers?

And I would like to try working in a bar or a bookshop or CD shops as well, is it possible too?

Can anyone give me any suggestions?
