Hannover or Celle?

Hi everyone looks like we are on the move to Germany. My husband's office will be in Celle but he will be travelling all over central Europe. I have heard that Celle even though lovely is quite sleepy so not sure if we should live in Celle or Hannover. Pros and cons anyone? Thanks
