Any children's home to visit (Hanoi)

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a children home that is registered with the government that my & some friends can visit? Every year, me & my friends will visit a different country & spend at least 1 day of our trip at 1 children home. Hmm...How do i put it, we know we are lucky & fortunate, so we wanna gain some good karma by spending some times with the children, play some games, do some art & craft, balloon twisting just to bring some laughter & joy to the kids. Sometimes, we bring them toys & clothes we collect back home.
I'm thinking of visiting Hanoi or HCM..but we haven't found a children home.. Anyone knows of 1?
