I have been offered a job in Vinh City. Does anybody know this place? Can you give me any tips and idea of cost of living? I will get apartment fully furnished, incl power, water, internet, cell phone, computer, and bike. Will I get by on 8,000,000 Dong a month for living expenses if I live more like the locals?
