HaLong Bay Cruise with good VIET FOOD (Hanoi)

Hi, We love the 2 night cruises to Ha Long Bay. We have hired the whole boat a few times in the past for 2 nights each time and have enjoyed it immensely EXCEPT for 1 critical factor.... The food is NOT GOOD> We think Vietnamese Food is the BEST in the world and when we go on these cruises we always get bad Western style or chinese style food. Can anyone recommend a GOOD boat with GREAT Vietnamese food? We love Quan An Non and places like that in Hanoi, and hope we can get food like that or better..... We can spend whatever too....
