Moving to Hanoi

Hi Everyone,
in Autumn I have to move from Italy and I would really like to try moving to Vietnam.
Do you think I should find a job from here or come in Hanoi and then try to find a job? how can I have more chance?

I'm skilled in IT, Windows an Mac both as systemist and about 3 years in Customer Care/Help desk.

Do You think can I have some chance?!

I really appreciate any further info/suggestions for expatriate in Vietnam
