Moving to Thanh Hoa (Hanoi)

Hi guys,

I'll be moving into Thanh Hoa by January Protected content take charge of a manufacturing unit for my organization. I was hoping someone could help me out with information about Thanh Hoa. there seems to be barely anything available over the internet. Most of the info is about Hanoi and Ho Chi Min City and I can't even find any real estate listings for the city!

I plan to relocate my wife and 1 year old as well and am concerned about the standard of living in Thanh Hoa and availability of good International Schools. Would having a base in Hanoi and travelling to Thanh Hoa everyday make sense given the 3 hour drive time?
