My chances in Vietnam? (Hanoi)

Hello!!

I am just a regular university student studying marketing and I want to be ambitious and move to Vietnam after I graduate, so I have a few questions I hope some of you guys can answer :)

1. What are my chances of finding a job in the field of what I study without knowing any Vietnamese?
2. Where can I look for a marketing job in Vietnam? (Is anyone here willing to hire me? ;))
3. What is the average cost of renting a half decent apartment?
4. If I cannot find a job in my field, is teaching English difficult ?
