Studying Spanish/French/German (Hanoi)

hello everyone :)
I'm Korean but living in Hanoi.
I've been here about 1 year and half and I only studied Vietnamese so now I can speak Vietnamses.

But nowadays, I also want to study other language.
I couldn't choose which language I will study between Spanish, French, German.

Do you know any place can study one of those languages by English by native speaker?
