Tax on Software Sales in Zimbabwe (Harare)

Hello,

My client is a major security software provider which recently secured a few contracts with Zimbabwe based companies to license out the rights to use their software. Now, my question is, will my client be responsible for paying any type of taxes in Zimbabwe? Please note that the software will not be shipped on a CD but rather will be downloaded via the internet. Can anyone point me in the right direction where I can research this question?
