in Cuba in a couple of days TIPS & TRICKS (Havana)

Dear Internations Community,

I will be arriving in Cuba on the 16th and I really look forward to enjoy and discover the city and the Island!
I would like to know the must-see and cool places in Havana where local people go and to get any indication from locals - would be really helpful as I don't want to end up in the touristic districts.
Outside of Cuba, which places do you suggest to see? I will be there for 3 weeks so plenty of time to move around.
