Living long term in Cuba (Havana)

I am semi retired, and would like information's about living long term in Cuba. I have a 43 ft sailboat that is My home, so accommodation is not an issue, and draw a pension so the finances part of this is also not an issue.
Does Cuba accept resident retiree< if so is the process complicated and expensive ? Has any one here gone through the process or have up to date information's on this subject ?
