Schools for Expat children (Havana)

Hi,

My husband works at a company with an office in Cuba and may one day have the opportunity to work there. I am trying to do some research to see if this is a goal we should work toward. We have 2 children. I have read all about the public education system they have (and amazing ligteracy rates!) but am curious how it works for expats. Would my children go to the public school? Are there private or international schools?

I am also curious how the medical system works for expat families.
