Scholarship to Heidelberg/India/friends

Hello everyone!
I'm Giuliana, 22, and currently doing my MA in English studies here in Italy. (My BA was in English studies as well, but with a thesis in Anthropology).
I will be moving to Heidelberg next year for three months for my thesis research in Linguistics. It will be about the Indian English variety. I'm deeply in love with the culture of India and its spirituality, hence I decided to specialize in it.
Unfortunately I do not know any Indian guy and would be glad to make friends.
I will be studying at the Heidelberg Univerisity and cannot wait to meet new people once there!
