How is Finland? (Helsinki)

There is a possibility that I might be offered a job in Helsinki that will last a couple of years. I know very little about the country and culture. I am a very adaptable person and can survive anywhere, but I would like some general impressions from expats about how they find Helsinki and if life there is enjoyable. Thanks!
