Importing car from UK to Finland (Helsinki)

Hi All,
I need some advice - I intend on importing my wife's BMW Mini to Finland but need and tips on "winterizing" the car. Obviously, being a UK based car, it has not been kitted out with the required engine block heater etc to help it deal with the Finnish winters. Any advice on where i could get this done in Helsinki?
