Moving to Finland in 32 days....HELP lol (Helsinki)

Hello I am moving to Finland very soon and while I have done research and talked to a few people, I am still looking for real answers to my concerns.

I have heard that drinking is a huge thing there, clubs, bars everywhere etc. Is it really that big of an issue? Are there things to do other than this?

Also heard the Finnish people there are cold (not my words so please don't get offended) but is that true?

How to Finnish people feel about Americans?

If I am in Helsinki, will I have a major problem with language (since I only speak English) or do people there speak English as well?

Also, what is the cheapest city in Finland? I mean in terms of housing mostly.

Any help/advice/answers to these questions and even further advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance ;)
