Your Main Responsibilities
To Manage the Online and Design Team, ensuring their effective performance, results, retention and development
To Manage and coordinate the development of all training materials and E-modules (manuals, videos, presentations, games, documents etc.) to support classroom training, LMS content, Functional Specialists and Regional Training Managers
To Liaise with other L&D Designers and Online teams from other regions and also the global online team, to ensure effective use, sharing and development of training materials
To Manage the region’s LMS domains, together with the Global Online team, to ensure continuous development and improvement together with the effective resolution and/or escalation of issues
Effectively analyze audience needs and encourage feedback to deliver a world class standard of materials, ensuring all information is consistent, easy to understand and well organized
Ensure the storage and maintenance of all training materials (hard copy and online) in a secure and accessible manner, also ensuring a final master English copy of all current materials
Experience with e-learning development with Learning Management System
Experience with administering LMS
Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Experience of managing a team, preferably in international environment
Knowledge of Adobe Captivate, Storyline and/or other eLearning authoring software i.e. Articulate etc.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, SCORM, audio editing HTML and CSS
Experience with using Adobe After Effects
Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Creative thinking style and ability to solve problems
Fluent spoken and written English
