Dear Helsinki community

I am pleased to report that;

The City and Outdoor group is continuing with our outdoor, Allas sea pool trips.

The simple idea of this, is to host and promote, once a week, an outdoor swimming events. This is for your health, well-being and good body circulation.

The Finnish Avanto is the proper name, of ice swimming. BUT it is never a good idea to just jump in an ice hole. It should be built up too, gradually.
While as yet (!) we are not arranging ice swimming, you can rely on us to continue with our weekly out door swimming AND sauna sessions.

Come and join us and try it. It might not suit you, but you will feel good afterwards . Nice and Fresh, like.
