Advice on setting up a company (Ho Chi Minh City)

Hi I hope someone could kindly answer my question :)

My wife is Vietnamese and we are both currently living in malaysia, however we want to spend some time back in Vietnam and we are going to open a western style coffee shop in a tourit area. Also I am going to work part time as a consulatant.

For the coffee shop we want it to be owned by a company, in particulalr a two member limited liability company.

Can someone please tell me what we need to do to set up the company? it would be in my wifes name, however I would be a director or shareholder. What is the easiest/cheapest way to do this? and can anyone point me in the right direction to a lawyer or consultant that can help us with the setting up of the company
