Any English teaching jobs for a Filipino? (Ho Chi Minh City)

Hi,
My fiance and I just re-located to Vietnam after many years living in the United States. We are both fluent in English.
My fiance is a Filipino who is in his twenties, gentle, kind, smart, funny, out-going. He is going to complete his TEFL degree (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) from University of Toronto this August Protected content . He is looking for a paid-internship or volunteer opportunity in Ho Chi Minh city.
