any fire fighters in hcmc? Update 05-03-2015 (Ho Chi Minh City)

hi! I'm retiring after 20 years in December and heading out to hcmc...can't wait! would enjoy networking with other former, current or retired fire fighters so I can start "learning the ropes"

UPDATE: After a small delay in my retirement plan, I'll be relocating to Vietnam in June. The position I've found myself in now is to firmly decide on which city I'd like to relocate to? HCMC is strongly in my mind, but I've also been entertaining the thought of Da Nang, or Nha Trang, as well??? Any input from people out there would be appreciated. Thx!!!
