Anyone help me improve my English? (Ho Chi Minh City)

Hello everyone,

My name's An. I graduated English department in university 8 years ago. Since then, I haven't had many opportunities to use English. Most of working time i use mother language. I often use English for searching, reading something, chatting occasionally with my foreign friends.

And i don't think it's enough. I really want to improve more in English, especially in listening and speaking. So can anyone help me to do this? We can make friends, I teach you Vietnamese (if you want) and you teach me English. We can share knowledges about everything we know about culture, social, travel... I'm happy to make new friends, learn English and know more.

By the way, are there anyone from Sri Lanka or used to go or live there? I will travel there next month. If you have any ideas or tips, please share with me. I'll appreciate much.
