Art supplies/artsy cafe? (Ho Chi Minh City)

Hallo for every of you.
My first question here...
some of you know a good art shop? I d like to search for interesting materials...of course most time i find these materials in the most unexpected places...but either way...if theres an "offiicial" art shop here...can some of you let me know were it is?

And after the art shopping...maybe do you know a chill cafe, more like...artsy...
i dont complain finding franchise cafeterias...maybe some were there is a cozy, nice, small coffe place?
