AVERAGE WAGE FOR MARKETING STAFF? (Ho Chi Minh City)

Hey guys,

I've just moved here a month ago and I'm putting together a marketing team. However I am unfamiliar with hiring practices and salaries over here.
I'm looking for local marketing employees that can speak english.
Experience can be low. But marketing knowledge and qualifications is essential.

What is the average wage the company would be paying these employees?
