Charity event /Trip to Ben Tre (Ho Chi Minh City)

Hi,
I am Richard from Malaysia. My friends and I are organising a meaningful event for charity and fun . Details are as follows :

Date: 28th June Protected content
Time :6am-6pm
Venue : Tranh Trieu Primary School, Thanh Trieu Village,
                                    Chau Thanh District, Ben Tre Province

Activities : -Provide gifts to poor & disabled (a list of poor children to be provided by the school minister) with about 22 disabled children, total around 50: giving them educational material (, notebook, stationaries, hat, slippers…)
- Provide foods  to poor families (a list of poor families – especially elderly people will be provided by the head of people’s committee – estimated about Protected content we will provide them rice, instant noodles, sugar, cooking oil, fish sauce…etc
- Games /Team building for children (Age Protected content
- After lunch we will visit an island for fun
Payment: 500,000 VND. Proceeds go to this charity
- Confirmation seats by 20th June . First come first served.
