Enterprise Software Sales Executive WANTED (Ho Chi Minh City)

Primary Responsibilities:
Computime APAC has an opening for an IBM Maximo CMMS Sales Executive. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing engagements selling the Maximo Product Portfolio along with the Computime APAC additional products and services. Ideally, the candidate will also have previous experience selling Maximo or other Tier I CMMS Solution software and implementation services. In addition, solid experience with Enterprise Solution best practices and selling into specific industry verticals is necessary. We operate in Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Utilities, Transportation, Aerospace & Facilities Management.

As a member of the Computime APAC Sales Team, the Sales Executive will be responsible for new sales cycles from start to finish. Prospecting and building value based relationships with C-Level Executives to close Maximo product and implementation sales is the primary objective.
Responsibilities include:
Identify key opportunities and facilitate sales meetings
Drive new sales of Maximo software and services in respective territory
Help promote the Computime APAC brand and increase awareness in the respective territory
Meet with key prospects & IBM representatives, assisting project teams with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
Deliver sales presentations and proposals to key clients in coordination with project delivery teams and marketing team
Work with the external partners and delivery teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate business unit goals
Direct follow-up and manage on-going follow-up with prospects
Build strong IBM relationships in the respective territory
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of overall selling experience, including experience in selling ERP CMMS product and services with a consultative and/or solution selling background.
Special consideration for candidates with experience in selling CMMS product services within our core industries or selling into organizations with large complex maintenance requirements.
Prior experience selling Tier 1 CMMS product/software/services (Maximo, EAM, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Excellent English interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. The ability to deliver effective formal presentations and to assist with proposals.
Prior experience and/or expert knowledge of the respective marketplace with an established network of C-Level executives and other relative third parties in the assigned territory.
Based in HCMC with ASEAN wide travel
