Family Visas (Ho Chi Minh City)

Hi!
I have a job offer and together with my family will move in August...... However some of the visa process is very confusing....
As I understand I will apply for a business visa, my husband and 2 children tourist visas..... then what?
After the company has formalised my work permit are my children and husband included on this? Does me having a work permit mean my husband also does?
