Global Business Development (Japanese) (Ho Chi Minh City)
Main responsibilities in this job 1. Collaborate with colleagues in Vietnam and around the world to create and submit proposals for outsourcing, to companies (mainly to Japanese companies) for whom outsourcing offers advantages
2. Follow-up systematically and methodically on opportunities, and close business 3. Acquire and coordinate the preparation of responses to RFPs and RFIs (requests for proposal and requests for information)
4. Identify and close cross-sale opportunities, selling additional services to clients in your area
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and with feeders/sources of referrals like attorneys and bankers
6. Organizing events and conferences in Vietnam Skills required The candidate needs to be a native Japanese speaker. We’re looking for self-starters who are proactive and with excellent customer service skill. We don’t believe selling our services can be done completely from behind a computer screen. Preference for a strong track record in selling, and good negotiating skills. An established network of contacts in the business community is very important. Background and education University degree. Strong sales background with 3+ years of experience. Demonstrated track record of selling success.
