Good mechanic/somebody who knows motorcycles (Ho Chi Minh City)

Hi there,

Does anybody know of a good mechanic who speaks decent english in HCMC? I'm looking into buying a motorcycle/ Win Sufat here, but I'm aware that there are a lot of shitty rebuilds and deathtrap bikes on the market, so I'd like to get it checked out.

I want to be able to communicate specific concerns to somebody who can take a look at the bike for me.
