Hongkong Tourist couple were robbed - need help (Ho Chi Minh City)

I am forwarding a message from a friend, who ran into this couple from Hongkong visiting HCMC. Kay and Doris have just arrived in Saigon 2 days ago but unfortunately got robbed while walking around town. They lost their passports, all cash and credit cards and were only left with some postcards that they have collected, which they tried to sell to make some money. A local resident offered them a place to sleep at 60 Bui Vien, but they have no place to go during the day.

A lot of us have travelled extensively and probably have encountered similar situation where you were in a strange country, couldn't speak the local language and had no one to help. So if you sympathize and could offer any help, ie. lodging or transportation, or even just some words of support, please contact Kay and Doris at Protected content . They hopefully could stay at 60 Bui Vien until somehow would be able get their passports and belongings back.
