We are a manufacturer of bag and other garment products in Vietnam. Our main customers are teenagers and kid as a small portion. Current distribution channel is in supermarket.
Over 15 years, our products have been sold in Big C, Lottle, AEON, Coopmart,...it means that we have quiet a wide coverage of this channel. The problem now is that products in Thailand & China are a bit dominating the market with cheaper price and more fashionable compared to ours. Another fact is the owner had been a bit unfocused for some reason for a year until recent time. But now she is back, happily!
Our strength is the uniqueness of the design Protected content % our own design, looks special as many people said), and we have our channel available, though some lost. We also have strong experience in production and product reputation with end customers.
We now want to make big change, maybe re-direct our business into areas where it can kick off a bigger step even.
I understand it takes complex steps and analysis to find out away. But it would be great if you can share some idea with us how we should go. Or we may have coffee chat, or consultation even.
