Fluent in Speaking and Writing English - Bachelor's degrees, especially in business or finance, are preferred - Friendly and personable, comfortable with computers, able to multi-task and solve problems quickly - Cash handling experience is usually preferred - Backgrounds in customer service or retail sales are also a positive asset to applicants.

Role Summary and Background

- To provide excellent customer service, sales referrals and quality customer transactions within the Branch
- Achieve the assigned number of customer and sales referrals
- Ensure operational integrity, safeguarding the bank from loss and protect reputation:
+ Demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in daily operations
+ Ensure no operational mistakes that leads to financial loss to customers and Bank
- Provide efficient face to face banking operations in the Branch, all operational requirements, including bundling, labeling and sorting of notes
- Provide appropriate products and excellent customer services, actively input customer feedback into CFSS:
+ Number of justified customer complaints
+ Service level agreements for customers
+ Satisfactory sales and service quality results, MSP reports
+ Satisfactory customer experience findings
- Ensure sufficient resources to serve the customer during peak hours. The Branch is well-maintained
- Ensure consistency services provided to customer as always. Staff appearance and performance follow standard and guidelines
- Operations of the Branch must comply with BIM V.2 about Cash, RBWM DIB and relevant local and regional audit recommendations and external regulations
- Increase customer's compliments and feedback for improvement
