Intercultural training coach (Ho Chi Minh City)

Hi,

A new key associate from my company management team is going to be transferred from Europe to Vietnam. This person has very strong technical skills but it will be his first expat experience. As everybody knows, Vietnam is a tough country in term of management so I would like to minimize the cultural choc with a "welcoming intercultural leadership training". I have heard there is a very competent woman, Claire Bailliez, working for Grana Skills who could handle the job but I am open to other names to compare if you have any?
