Living in Vietnam Looking for Information (Ho Chi Minh City)

Greetings Everyone, I have had a Vietnamese girlfriend for 3 years and recently bought a house north East of HCMC. I hope to move there next year but I am getting conflicting information regarding visas and the legalities needed to stay in the country.
