Looking for an apartment near Dist.1 (Ho Chi Minh City)

- Hi everyone, I am a native of Hanoi. I plan to relocate to HCM city with the aim of looking for a well-paid job related to law since I am a senior law student.
However, I am quite confusing about looking for an appropriate rented accommodation in HCM as I aim to apply for a job in some law firms which virtually located at the center of the city Dist.1. Thus, can you give me some suggestion?
I probably pay for the rent with the price ranging from Protected content VND.
Anyway, last summer vacation, in a few days, I stayed at a flat whose owners were my elder brother's colleagues in Pham Viet Chanh apartment blocks which was quite near Dist. Protected content if walking). I really love living in this area, if anyone in here are currently living in Pham Viet Chanh apartment blocks, please tell me more about the rental charges.
