Need guidance to live in HMC (Ho Chi Minh City)

One of the company offered me Protected content (without deducting tax) ? Is it good for a 3 members family to relocate to HMC with family ? Currently I am in Bangalore India and getting 1 lac (INR) per month after deducting all. How costly the city is ? What is the education cost there for children ? Is there any ICSE/CBSE/IB board ? If yes what is the tution fees there ? I would be very grateful if I get these answers in detail. A big thanks in advance.
