need some helps from English native speakers (Ho Chi Minh City)

Hi there,
Do you have free time this Saturday morning? My friend has opened English center in Long An province (it takes about 2 hours by bus). She wanna invite some native speakers who will communicate with parents and children who are potential students in the future, it's something like marketing (you probably know). They will take us to there (I also come with you) and we will have some slight foods after the seminar.
If you are interested in this activity, let me know and I will send you the content of seminar (just simple content).
Following is schedule:

- 7h00a.m Saturday- 19th we probably leave Ho chi minh city for Long An province where the seminar takes place. Plz let me know the place where you are living. I will arrange the schedule to take you at your area.
- about 2h00p.m , we may be in Ho chi minh city.
