New Dessert Shop Business (Ho Chi Minh City)
I'm starting a brand new dessert shop here in HCMC. It's not like frozen yogurt and it's not like ice cream. It's quite special. Right now I'm trying to find a way that is best for me to start. Looking through all of my options to start as a 100% foreign owned or joint partnership. I really don't know how to choose between the two and what to expect. Also, it looks as if the paper working and filing taxes is quite the burden compared to other countries. From one report I believe headed my PW the amount of hours dedicated for accounting is over Protected content . So you basically have to hire a full time accountant. Has anybody here have experience running a cafe, bar or restaurant please share your experience with me.
