On vacation in HCM (Ho Chi Minh City)

Hi All

I will be in HCM for 15 days starting from the 22nd November - meeting up with a friend also on inter nations who started traveling earlier.

Don't exactly have any plans except that we will visit phu quoc :-) Any events happening inter nations or other happening during this time?

Any suggestions where to visit. my birthday is in the first week in December any suggestions where to celebrate?

I know its a lot of questions - Grateful for your help :-)
