Opening bank account from abroad (Ho Chi Minh City)

Hi all!
I will be moving to HCMC in July and don't want to carry too much cash with me, so i want to transfer money to VN before I arrive. A lot of banks seem to require foreigners to show the visa stamp, +6 months visa or other stuff you only get when you're already in VN.

Can you recommend a bank that would allow me to open an account from abroad and only requires passport and a visa confirmation? (so far i only have a 3 months tourist visa, as I still have to find a job).
