Relaible agent needed to extend a visa in HCMC (Ho Chi Minh City)

My visa is 12 days from expiry and I need an agent to extend it. Can any expat recommend someone? I tried some travel agents but they were very greedy and I didn't feel sure I'd ever see my passport again!
I am looking for recommendations from foreigners living here, not self promotion.
