I am looking to ship my personal belongings to HCMC WITHOUT a work permit. I am told that the customs fee to clear the shipment without work permit and/or long term residence visa is USD 1,000. Can anyone confirm how this process works? Is it expected to change once the new work permit changes occur April1 this year? Thanks very much.
