What to do in Sai Gon? (Ho Chi Minh City)

My family and I are going back to our motherland for Tet Holiday and we plan to stay in Saigon for 6 months long since my father wants to do some businesses there as well.
So, I really need some advices on what I should do in Vietnam beside traveling and exploring. My friend suggests me to open up some kind of language classes. Do you guys think it's a good idea?
