3 days in Hong Kong

Hi all,
My girlfriend and I are starting a new adventure travelling the World for 8 months. First stop is Hong Kong so any recommendations of where to go, what to visit, etc. would be great... Also, if anybody is up for a drink, we will be there from the 7th-10th Jan.
