Part of a 24/7 Operations organizaton that is responsible providing support for Linux (Physical and Virtual), Windows (Physical and Virtual) and VmWare (ESC host and guests) within our Distributed Systems Specialized Maintenance - ISD environment

As part of this function this position delivers a high quality of service that relates to Operating System Maintenance and Compliance and Hardware Maintenance of servers that our business partners use to manage / support their business 24/7 worldwide for our end customers

• Break / Fix – 24/7 Oncall rotation assignments
• Problem Ticket Management
• Change Request Management
• Work Order Management
• Audit / Security Compliancy
• Performance Monitoring / Reporting
• Customer Notification (Phone, Email, PAC2000, Paging, EACO)
• Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees updating and testing of the business continuation plans

• Red Hat and SUSE Linux - both Physical and Virtual (VmWare)
• Windows - both Physical and Virtual (VmWare)
• VmWare ESX (host and guest)
• VERITAS Clustering
• Layered Products (NetBackup, HPSA, Internal Wells Fargo tools)
• Dell and HP Intel Hardware (iLO and DRAC interfaces)
• VmWare guest management
