Bryant Zhuhai is seeking applicants for a one year appointment as an instructor for undergraduate level economics courses, including micro-economic and macro-economic survey courses, beginning in Fall Protected content . Bryant Zhuhai is a new 4-year program developed in partnership between Bryant University in Smithfield, RI and the Beijing Institute of Technology, Zhuhai (BITZH). The program is located on the Protected content BITZH campus in Zhuhai China and will open this fall with Protected content in accounting.
Contracts are for one-year beginning September 1 and may be renewed. The position requires a minimum of a Master’s level degree in Economics or a closely related field from an Anglophone institution. Experience with post-secondary teaching in a multi-lingual environment strongly preferred. All instruction is to be in English, but the ability to support Chinese students who are advanced English Language Learners is a plus. The academic year in Zhuhai runs from early September to July. There is also a winter break of about one month.
