Best bargain hotels in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon

I will be traveling to HK for four days and am looking for a reasonably priced hotel. The cheapest on the C-Trip and Expedia are over $150 US per night. If any of you locals know of real bargains that are not far away from the island and have good transportation connections, I would be grateful if you could pass along contact info by PM or post it here.
