birthday special (Hong Kong)

Hi everyone,

this is my boyfriend's birthday and I would like to set up smth special _ meaning smth different from just going to restaurant_ for him. I cannot spend out lot of money, but I don't think I need to. I was thinking to go to one island, or smth, just make a day trip somewhere. We know pretty well all the islands here around, though we haven't done many treks.

Would you recommend any good place? I am also looking for a good restaurant to finish the day, still with a tight budget.

I am open to any suggestion.
